White Brushing Gelcoat is an ISO-NPG based white brushing grade gelcoat for the composites industry. Resins and gelcoats formulated with ISO-NPG technology for applications where corrosion resistance is an important requirement. This system is a blend of iso and orthophthalic polyester resin, ensuring that the system is super reliable. It is suitable for general industrial use where a combination of excellent UV resistance and weatherability, excellent water resistance, a high gloss surface finish post-buffing, and a high level of durability are required.Use White Brushing Gelcoat as the first layer for making fiberglass moulds. Designed to be used in combination with fiberglass and LSE Laminating Resin. The White Brushing Gelcoat is ready to use with the addition of MEKP catalyst. The suggested range is 1.5% to 2.5% with 2% at 25*C being ideal. It is recommended that the customer test the product to assess the lay-up and gel time, as there will be variables depending on the conditions in which the product is used.
