It cures to approximately Shore 70D and is tan in colour. Supercast is rapid setting and demonstrates more flexibility than other similar materials. Supercast is compatible with a wide range of fillers and can reproduce intricate detail as a result of its low viscosity. The system is easy to process with a 1:1 mix ratio and has a low setting exotherm temperature of only 77°C. Supercast can be demoulded in 10-30 minutes which allows fast production of parts. It is commonly used for pattern and foundry tooling, architectural models, model kits, collectibles, masters and prototypes, movie props, mirror/picture frames & ornamental mouldings, decorative components.
